IB Diploma Programme Biology — Full Course Resources
Every subtopic of the DP Biology syllabus across all four themes, structured around the key concepts, the assessment objectives, and real-world inquiry.
+ mark schemesEvery lesson
Coverage. All 119 lessons span Theme A (molecular and cellular biology, origins, diversity, and evolution), Theme B (biochemistry, cell structure, physiology, and adaptation), Theme C (metabolism, signalling, homeostasis, and ecology), and Theme D (genetics, reproduction, inheritance, and climate change) — covering every SL and HL subtopic of the current DP Biology syllabus and framed throughout by the nine key concepts.
How the lessons work. Each lesson follows a clear teaching arc — a hook to surface prior thinking, guided development of the theory, structured practice, and an applied or evaluative task — with explicit learning objectives, command-term focus, ATL skill links, and differentiation support. Every lesson ships with a lesson plan, a student worksheet, and a mark scheme.
Assessment-ready. Every subtopic ends with exam-style questions and a full mark scheme aligned to the assessment objectives (AO1–AO4), giving students regular practice with the command terms and question styles they will encounter across Papers 1, 2, and 3.
