Coverage. All five units of the current DP Global Politics syllabus are represented across 73 lessons: the six Core Topics, three Thematic Studies (Rights & Justice, Development & Sustainability, and Peace & Conflict), and the HL Extension on Global Political Challenges. Content is framed throughout by the course's key concepts — power, sovereignty, legitimacy, interdependence, rights, justice, development, peace, and conflict — and by the full range of assessment objectives (AO1–AO4).

How the lessons work. Each lesson follows a coherent teaching arc — a hook to surface prior thinking, guided development of the conceptual and theoretical content, structured practice tasks, and an applied or evaluative activity — with explicit learning objectives, command-term focus, and ATL skill links. Every lesson ships with a lesson plan, a student worksheet, and a mark scheme.

Assessment-ready. Lessons build progressively toward the demands of Paper 1 (source-based), Paper 2 (extended response), and the HL essay, with exam-style questions and mark schemes embedded throughout. The thematic studies and HL extension are developed with the depth of analysis required for both SL and HL assessment.
