Coverage. All three units of the DP Sports, Exercise and Health Science syllabus are addressed across 34 lessons — spanning exercise physiology and nutrition, biomechanics, and sports psychology and motor learning, with HL content clearly flagged. Lessons are grounded in the subject's key concepts, including Function, Change, Systems, Communication, and Individual Differences, and connect theory consistently to sport and exercise contexts.
How the lessons work. Each lesson follows a coherent teaching arc — surfacing prior knowledge, developing core theory, building discipline-specific skills, and culminating in an applied or evaluative task — with explicit learning objectives, command-term focus, and structured opportunities for ATL skill development. Every lesson ships with a lesson plan, a student worksheet, and a mark scheme.
Assessment-ready. Exam-style questions aligned to the assessment objectives (AO1–AO4) are embedded throughout, giving students regular practice with the command terms and analytical demands of both SL and HL papers.
